Orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers on the Bottle Nexus network.
For order inquiries, please contact the retailer’s customer service directly. You’ll find their contact information in your Order Confirmation email.
To request a refund, simply connect with the appropriate retailer’s customer service dept. All Bottle Nexus affiliated retailers have dedicated customer service teams and they will be happy to assist you.
Returns are handled by individual retailers. Please refer to their return policies for details.
Shipping Policy
All alcohol orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers on the Bottle Nexus network. The checkout functionality is provided solely for the convenience of our consumers.
The brand does not sell, offer to sell, or solicit sales of alcohol through their website. The brand offers customers a checkout buy button iFrame embed to the site, where customers can purchase the product through a licensed retailer site such as ours. Through this website, customers can obtain information about the alcohol, including its price. The offer to purchase the alcohol is ultimately made by the Retailer. If a customer chooses to proceed with a purchase, payment is made directly to the Retailer, which then fulfills the order, including the delivery of the purchased alcohol. This arrangement is not intended to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler, or distributor of alcohol to any retailer of alcoholic beverages, nor to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or unavailable in certain locations due to local laws or other restrictions.
Shipping is usually carried out through UPS to states where permitted. However, alternative carriers may be utilized depending on the recipient's location, individual retailer preferences, or carrier contracts. A signature of a person who is 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. Alcohol sales are not available to individuals under the age of 21.
Customers may track their orders via the carrier’s website using the link provided at checkout. Should any issues arise, customers are encouraged to contact the fulfillment retailer for assistance.
The order will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout. Any requests to modify the shipping address after the order has been processed are not guaranteed once the package is en route with the carrier. The customer is fully responsible for any costs or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, including charges related to wrongful delivery, rerouting attempts, or undeliverable packages.
Express orders will adhere to delivery timeframes established by the chosen carrier. While express orders are prioritized by our retailer partners, please note that order processing and shipping may not occur on the same day the order is received. Customers should allow up to three (3) business days for processing, after which the order will be transferred to the selected carrier for delivery.
