INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Big Easy Whiskey

  • 1/4 oz (or one bar spoon) Rich Demerara Syrup

  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 3 dashes Orange Bitters

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass, combine Big Easy Whiskey, Demerara syrup and both bitters. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well-chilled and properly diluted around 20-30 seconds. Place fresh ice in a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the top. Express an orange and garnish, finish with a cherry on a cocktail pick.
